Karie Merritt, Partner/Owner of The Wealth Group

It is with extraordinary joy and satisfaction that Austin Colby and The Wealth Group officially welcome Karie Merritt as an equity partner and owner of the firm!

Karie, our Director of Client Service and Experience, has been working with Austin for ten years, making her the longest-tenured team member. She has been an invaluable part of the team, improving our client communication and service and always presenting a team-first attitude. In the early years, she helped create many of the client service systems that the entire team still uses today. More recently, she has grown in her leadership role and has been a great blessing to the households we serve, while always maintaining a steady presence and influence on her co-workers.

Effective July 1, 2022, Karie became a partner and will hopefully continue to be a hugely important part of our team for many years to come.
